FAG wheel bearings with reduced friction for motorcycles
At the 2013 Hannover Messe Industrie, Schaeffler will be presenting its FAG wheel bearing featuring an efficient lip seal (ELS). This is a new deep groove ball bearing with reduced friction and a lip seal on one or both sides that was specially developed for applications with a rotating outer ring.

SNS plummer block housing increases bearing operating life by 50 percent
The new FAG SNS plummer block housing from Schaeffler increases the operating life of the fitted spherical roller bearings by up to 50 percent compared to conventional plummer block housings. This is made possible by the new housing design, which ensures optimum load distribution in the bearing.
